Why parents choose us for their kids

  • No rushing, ever. A nervous child sets the pace, not the appointment slot.
  • Everything explained simply. Children see and touch instruments before they're used, so nothing is a surprise.
  • Small problems, caught early. Regular gentle check-ups mean cavities are treated while they're still simple.
  • Real guidance for parents. Honest, practical advice on brushing, diet and habits, without the lecture.

When should visits start?

We recommend bringing your child in:

  • By their first birthday, or when the first tooth appears
  • If you notice a chipped, discoloured or painful tooth
  • Before braces or aligner treatment is considered
  • Every six months, once regular visits begin

Never visited a dentist before? That's completely fine — many of our young patients start exactly there.

Questions parents ask us most.

At what age should my child first see a dentist?

As soon as the first tooth appears, or by their first birthday at the latest. Early visits let us catch problems while they're small and help your child grow up comfortable with the dentist.

My child is scared of the dentist. Can you still help?

Yes — this is genuinely most of what we do. We go at your child's pace, explain everything in simple terms, and never force a procedure. Most children relax within a visit or two.

Do baby teeth cavities really need filling if they'll fall out anyway?

Yes. Baby teeth hold space for adult teeth and help with chewing and speech. An untreated cavity can cause pain, infection and can affect how permanent teeth come in.

What are dental sealants and does my child need them?

Sealants are a thin protective coating painted onto the chewing surfaces of back teeth, where cavities most often start. They're a quick, painless way to prevent decay in molars.

Can you help with thumb-sucking or bottle habits?

Yes. We assess how a habit is affecting your child's bite and teeth alignment, and give practical, age-appropriate guidance to help them stop when the time is right.

Are parents allowed in the room during treatment?

Always. You're welcome to stay with your child throughout every visit — most children feel calmer with a parent nearby.
